Can I see a sample before I pay?
Yes. Send your file in Fiverr chat and I will send 5 cleaned rows free, so you can check the layout and accuracy before you order.
Do you work with scanned PDFs?
Yes, if the scan is readable. I check every scanned file in the free preview first. Very blurry or handwritten pages may need a custom offer.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Either one. Tell me which you use. Excel gets VBA macros, Google Sheets gets Apps Script. Both come with live formulas, not pasted values.
What counts as a page or row?
One PDF page is one page. For spreadsheets and exports, 500 rows count as 15 pages. Bigger files can be added with the extra pages option.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every delivery includes a check sheet that compares my totals and row counts with your source. If anything does not match, I mark the line for you.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. I use your files only for your order, never share them, and delete my copies after delivery if you ask.
