FAQ
What is the process to designing a house?
I will be asking all the requirements necessary to understand your ideas. How many bedrooms, baths, stories, and so on. After this, I will sketch a Floorplan and you can change or accept, and this is where I start the process of Architecture drafting.
Can I do revisions, after I accept the sketch?
It all depends on the package you chose, but you can always add a revision after the floorplan is drawn.
Do you design only buildings and houses?
Absolutely not!! I can design an additional room, a 2nd or 3rd story to a house, an interior remodel. Architecture is vast, so is drafting!
How do you charge?
I charge by the hour and depending on the package you have chosen. But I can charge by the size of the building or house I am drawing, if it is MORE than 1000 square feet. This changes from an hourly to a $1.20 a square foot.
What size is plan sheet on?
There are 2 sizes to choose, free of charge 1) Tabloid (11x17) 2) Arch D (24x36) These are PDF files scaled to be printed as is. If you need bigger or smaller, please let me know.
How long does it take for you to draw a Floorplan?
It takes between 3 and 8 hours, depending on the complexity of the design.
