I offer high quality transcription with unlimited revisions so that you get the best final product.
.Please make sure beforehand that the audio is of good quality
.If the file is a video, I only accept YouTube videos
.I don't transcribe files that include scientific terms that are only known within that field or technical terms that are difficult to understand
Also I DON'T transcribe files that contains sexual content
.Let me know if you would like me to break up a long speech by one of the speakers into paragraphs (and the max number of characters per paragraph)
.I make two formats of transcriptions: Full Verbatim and Clean Verbatim (Explanation in FAQ)
Let me know in which of these two formats you would like me to work, if you want both you will have to place two separate orders.
If you would like a change to either of these formats for your transcription then please contact me before placing the order.

Do you add filler words said by interlocutors such as: "Ah", "Well", "umm"?
Yes, although in the Clean Verbatim format I usually omit them, unless necessary. If you want any changes about this let me know.
What is Clean Verbatim?
Clean Verbatium: I transcribe the text making it look as clean and correct as possible, not including speech errors, false starts, stammering and repetitions. I fix grammatical errors made by the speaker.
What is Full Verbatim?
Full Verbatium: I transcribe the text verbatim, including speech errors, false starts, stutters and repetitions made by the speaker.
What do you mean by "Good quality audio"?
I mean that you must be able to understand what the interlocutors are saying.
Are my files safe with you?
Of course, I will delete your video or audio file when the order has been completed, but if you agree I will keep my transcript to text for my portfolio and showcase my work 😊.
Why you don't transcribe audio or video files that include scientific terms or technical terms?
Please understand that I want to deliver a quality result so I don't commit to transcriptions that include terms I may not be familiar with.
Do you include the identification of the speaker(s)/ interlocutors?
Yes! (as long as it is mentioned in the audio or video or can be deduced from the context), if you don't wish to include it let me know beforehand.
I still don’t understand your Timestamp extra gig or, I don’t understand the Full Verbatim and Clean Verbatim formats.

Do you include the Timestamp of words that are not clearly understood because interference in the audio or because of the speaker's way of speaking?
Yes, I include it like [00:00:00 inaudible] when you cannot hear what the speaker is saying due to audio interference and [00:00:00 unintelligible] when you cannot understand what the interlocutor is saying because of the way he/she speaks (accent, etc.).
