About this gig

What i offer is a complete program from 3 to 5 days of training per week, based on the customer's experience and needs. I also offer full support on exercises execution and you can send me videos of your sessions to be commented. If you are satisfied with the four weeks i'll prioritize you over new customers for getting a new program in no time to be always covered during your training journey.

I am a former powerlifting and streetlifitng athlete and coach. I also practice and teach running and cycling which i practice as second disciplines. I actually live in Italy where i compete in FIPE powerlifting circuit and SLI streetlifitng circuit. In the weekend I use to train also running and road cycling.
