Yes. I will need temporary access or delegated access to your domain DNS provider and Microsoft 365 administration portal. You may also complete sensitive login or verification steps yourself while I guide you.

For security, temporary credentials or secure delegated access are recommended. You should change any temporary password after the service is completed. Never send passwords through public messages or screenshots.

Basic MFA setup includes enabling standard multi-factor authentication for the included user accounts and assisting with the initial registration. Advanced Conditional Access policies, security keys, device compliance, and enterprise security configurations are not included.

I assign the client’s available Microsoft 365 licenses to the correct user accounts and verify the assignment.

A Global Administrator account has extensive access to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra settings, users, roles, security, and services.

It is a separate cloud-only recovery account intended to restore administrative access if the normal administrator cannot sign in.
