Depending on the package and the written rules you provide, I can:
remove exact or rule-defined duplicates
trim spaces and standardize text, dates, numbers, delimiters, and headers
split or merge columns and align a supplied import template
flag missing, invalid, or ambiguous rows instead of guessing
deliver a cleaned file, with an Exceptions sheet and QA summary where included
I work on a copy or export, never your live production system. Message me before ordering if your file contains formulas, macros, multiple tables per sheet, nested JSON, protected sheets, or more than the listed limits.
Not included: web research, contact enrichment, scraping, PDF or image transcription, CRM or database login, live imports, or inventing missing values. I preserve the source file and follow the rules you approve.

What file types do you accept?
I work with .xlsx and .csv files, plus an exported or copied Google Sheet. Please message me first about legacy .xls files or unusual formats.
What counts as a standard table?
A flat table with one header row and consistent columns. Merged layouts, several unrelated tables on one sheet, nested JSON, OCR, complex macros, and protected files require review before ordering.
How do you handle duplicates and missing values?
I remove duplicates only using the key or rule you approve. I do not invent missing values; unclear or invalid rows are preserved and flagged in Exceptions when included.
Can you import the data into my CRM or database?
No live-system login or import is included. I can prepare and map a file to a template you provide so your team can import it.
Can you work with formulas, macros, or protected sheets?
They are not included by default. Message me with a small anonymized sample first so I can confirm what can be preserved safely.
What does a revision include?
A revision fixes the delivered file within the agreed data, limits, and cleaning rules. New files, added rules, changed output structure, or extra volume are new scope.
