Messy exports, duplicate contacts, broken formats, five files that should be one. I clean data with Python (pandas), so large files are practical and priced by sources and rules, not by the row, and the result is consistent, validated and import-ready.
What I do:
Remove duplicates, including fuzzy matches from Standard (Acme Inc = ACME, Inc.)
Fix dates, phones, names and currencies into one consistent format
Merge multiple files or sheets with matched columns (Standard and Premium)
Split, trim and normalize columns for CRM or database import
Deliver a validation summary: what changed, what needs your decision (Standard and Premium)
About the Items Cleaned row above: it is a Fiverr field, locked at 100 on Basic and capped at 10,000, so it cannot show real file sizes. Basic covers one file up to 50,000 rows; more rows or more sources are Standard or Premium. Very large or very messy jobs get a custom offer.
Your data stays private and is deleted after delivery. Send a small anonymized sample and the target format before ordering. I will confirm scope fast.

What file types do you accept?
I work with .xlsx and .csv files, plus an exported or copied Google Sheet. Please message me first about legacy .xls files or unusual formats.
What counts as a standard table?
A flat table with one header row and consistent columns. Merged layouts, several unrelated tables on one sheet, nested JSON, OCR, complex macros, and protected files require review before ordering.
How do you handle duplicates and missing values?
I remove duplicates only using the key or rule you approve. I do not invent missing values; unclear or invalid rows are preserved and flagged in Exceptions when included.
Can you import the data into my CRM or database?
No live-system login or import is included. I can prepare and map a file to a template you provide so your team can import it.
Can you work with formulas, macros, or protected sheets?
They are not included by default. Message me with a small anonymized sample first so I can confirm what can be preserved safely.
What does a revision include?
A revision fixes the delivered file within the agreed data, limits, and cleaning rules. New files, added rules, changed output structure, or extra volume are new scope.
What counts as one cleaning rule?
One rule is one type of fix applied across the whole file: remove duplicates, standardize dates, split full names into columns, trim extra spaces, or fix phone formats. Tell me your goal and I will confirm how many rules it needs before you order.
How many rows can you clean? The table shows 100 items.
