I will build custom software for construction companies

About this gig
Spreadsheets, paper diaries and generic software that doesn't understand construction cost you time and money. I build custom software for construction companies and contractors, designed by someone who has managed construction sites for 20+ years.
I speak your language: bills of quantities, unit prices, progress billing, site diaries, subcontractors and measurements. You don't have to explain the basics.
What I can build for you:
- Bill of quantities and cost estimate tools
- Progress billing (monthly situations) from measured quantities
- Digital site diary and construction book
- Quantity takeoff from DWG/DXF drawings
- Clean PDF reports ready to sign
- AI import of Excel and PDF tables
Why me?
I am the founder of MASUDIS and I build construction management software used on real projects. You get working software, source code and clear communication, not just a prototype.
Please message me before ordering and describe your workflow, so I can suggest the right package.

FAQ
Do you work with local standards and my language?
Yes. Units, number formats, document layouts and interface language are adapted to your country and your company. I already build software for the Balkan/EU construction market.
Can you import my existing Excel files?
Yes. Your current bills of quantities, price lists and records can be imported, including messy Excel and PDF tables, so you don't start from zero.
Web app or desktop app?
Both are possible. A web app works for the whole team from office and site. A Windows desktop tool is great for offline work with drawings and large files. I will recommend the right option for your case.
Who owns the software?
You do. Source code is included in every package, with no license fees or lock-in. Hosting and ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately if you need them.
