FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your ManyChat account (I can help you set one up) and a list of the questions your customers ask most often. I take care of the rest and guide you step by step.
Will the bot sound robotic?
No. It runs on OpenAI and is trained on your services, prices and tone of voice, so it answers in full sentences instead of pushing button menus. You approve the tone before it goes live.
Can it hand the conversation over to a human?
Yes. When a question is out of scope, or the customer asks for a person, the bot steps aside and notifies you. The full history stays in the chat, so you pick up exactly where it stopped.
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
Only for WhatsApp, and I set it up with you when your case requires it. Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and website chat all work through ManyChat without it.
What will it cost me every month?
ManyChat starts free and moves to a paid plan as your contact list grows. AI replies are billed by usage on your own OpenAI account. I give you the expected figure before you order.
What does a step mean in the packages?
A step is one block of the conversation: a question, an answer, a condition or an action such as saving a lead. Ten steps cover a focused FAQ and lead capture bot, seventy cover a full multi-branch assistant.
Is the bot compliant with the EU AI Act?
Yes. Since 2 August 2026 the EU AI Act requires people to be told at the start that they are talking to an AI. Every bot I deliver opens with that line and always offers a handover to a human. You also get the privacy wording and the list of tools that process your customers' messages.
