FAQ
Which accounts do I need?
A professional Instagram account, n8n Cloud Starter or higher depending on scope, Claude Console with API credits, and a catalog and contact database. We confirm permissions, tools and required capacity before ordering.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You invite me with collaboration permissions: Creator in Airtable and suitable permissions in n8n, Claude and Meta. You retain ownership. If your email account sends alerts, you authorize its connection without sharing your password.
Where are my catalog and contacts stored?
The standard setup uses Airtable for your editable catalog and contact database. If you already use another tool, we'll assess compatibility before ordering and confirm any changes to scope or pricing.
Are there additional monthly costs?
Yes. You pay subscriptions, API credits and any collaborator charges directly to the providers. Claude Console requires API credit, separate from a chat subscription. We estimate costs based on your volume before starting.
Can the bot invent prices or information?
It is configured to consult your catalog and hand off questions when information is missing. I test responses and business rules, but cannot guarantee zero AI errors. Your team must keep the information current.
Can my team reply manually?
Yes. Every package pauses the bot when it hands off a conversation. In Basic and Standard, your team must pause it before independently joining a conversation. Premium also detects manual replies and pauses automatically.
What does comment automation include?
Standard and Premium include private replies to eligible comments and, if agreed, a short public reply. We define which posts and comments trigger a response. Bulk messaging is not included.
What is outside the scope?
The bot handles text; audio, images and unsupported content are routed to your team. Payments, automatic quotes, live inventory and sales closing are excluded. WhatsApp is quoted separately, starting at USD 1,200.
What do revisions and support include?
Revisions adjust the agreed setup. Support covers usage questions and implementation fixes: 7 days for Basic, 14 for Standard and 20 for Premium, starting at delivery. Continuous monitoring, new features and integrations are excluded.
When will you deliver, and what will I receive?
Delivery is 7, 10 or 14 days depending on the package. We confirm accounts, permissions and data before starting. You receive the configured and tested system, workflows and a quick guide. Support starts after delivery.
