My focus is helping businesses create structured CRM environments that make it easier to capture leads, organize prospects, track deals, manage sales activities, and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the customer journey. My CRM work includes setting up pipelines according to the client's sales process, defining appropriate deal stages, organizing lead and contact records, configuring sales activities, and creating workflows around recurring business processes. I work with CRM systems to reduce unnecessary manual tasks and establish clearer processes for sales teams managing leads and opportunities. I also configure CRM automation for activities such as lead assignment, follow-up tasks, notifications, record updates, pipeline movement, customer communication, and lead nurturing. Before implementing automation, I consider how leads enter the CRM, how they are qualified, which actions should happen at each pipeline stage, and what information needs to be available to the sales team. Another area of my work is CRM reporting and data organization. I help structure records and sales information so businesses can monitor leads, opportunities, pipeline activity, sales stages, and other relevant CRM data more effectively. Where required, I also work with CRM integrations and connected business applications to improve the flow of information between systems.
