Will you delete duplicates or recover missing facts?
I flag exact matches and key collisions and retain ambiguous records. Removing records needs a separate explicit rule. I can flag missing or invalid facts; recovering them from other sources is outside these packages.
Will IDs and leading zeros survive?
The CSV preserves ID strings. Import ID columns as text in spreadsheet apps. Formula-like values, including IDs, receive a documented protective apostrophe; original values remain in the audit.
Which file formats and checks are included?
These packages cover UTF-8 CSV. Email checks validate format, not deliverability. Excel workbooks and other encodings need separate review; macros, formula execution, scraping and database access are excluded.
What counts as a rule or a revision?
One rule is one operation or check on one column. Basic uses one duplicate key; Standard can use a composite key. Revisions refine the approved schema and rules: 1 for Basic, 2 for Standard/Premium. New schemas or more volume need scope review.
