FAQ
What do you need to get started?
I need your business details, required pages, feature list, logo, brand preferences, text, images, and a few design references. I will also need appropriate WordPress and hosting access when required.
Do you build new sites and redesign existing ones?
Yes. I can create a new WordPress site or redesign an existing one. Please share your current URL and goals so I can confirm the right scope.
Will my site work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every package includes responsive layouts and checks at common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. I use WordPress editing tools appropriate to your project and provide basic handover instructions for updating your content.
Do you offer WooCommerce stores?
Yes. My Premium package includes standard WooCommerce setup, up to 15 simple products, and one supported payment gateway. Advanced shipping, subscriptions, and custom checkout features require a separate quote.
Can you develop custom features or connect APIs?
Yes, through a custom offer. Please send the feature requirements and relevant API documentation so I can assess the work before you order.
Are hosting, domains, themes, and plugins included?
No. Hosting, domains, premium themes, paid plugins, and third-party fees are purchased separately by the buyer. I can help identify what your project requires.
Do you include SEO and speed optimization?
I include the setup listed in your package. Results depend on your hosting, content, theme, and third-party services. Search rankings and specific performance scores are not guaranteed.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a round of adjustments within the agreed design and features. Additional pages, new functionality, or a change in project direction require an extra or custom offer.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Each package includes a defined period for fixing reproducible issues with my delivered work. New features, content changes, and issues caused by later third-party changes are quoted separately.
