Professional embroidery digitizer specializing in production-ready files since 1989. Since 2010, I have worked independently with embroidery companies and clients from different regions, including projects managed entirely online. I use Wilcom to create, repair and optimize embroidery programs for logos, caps, shirts, jackets, appliqué, 3D puff and promotional products. My work considers fabric behavior, garment structure, small lettering, density, underlay, pull compensation, stitch direction, color sequence and production efficiency. I deliver EMB files, requested machine formats such as DST, PES, EXP, JEF and VP3, and production worksheets when applicable.
