Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for simple text, initials, or a logo with few elements. Choose Standard for detailed chest or cap logos, small lettering, multiple elements, or simple 3D puff. Choose Premium for complex, artistic, or highly detailed designs. If unsure, message me before ordering.
What information do you need before starting?
Please send your artwork, exact size, fabric and machine format. For appliqué, specify hand-cut in the hoop or pre-cut/laser-cut.
Which embroidery file formats will I receive?
You will receive the file in the format you request.
Can the same embroidery file be used for different sizes or garments?
Not always. Large size changes or different applications—such as converting a left-chest design for a cap—may require technical adjustments or new digitizing. Each order includes one size and one application. Contact me if you need additional versions.
