Do I need to give you access to my website?
I need the code: a ZIP file, a GitHub repository or hosting/FTP access. Share it through Fiverr messages, and you can change your passwords after delivery.
What counts as one bug?
One specific problem, for example a form that doesn't send, a menu that doesn't open on mobile or a section that overlaps on small screens.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I check your issue before you order, so this rarely happens. If I can't fix it, I'll tell you right away and you can cancel the order for a full refund through Fiverr.
Do you work on WordPress or Shopify?
I can fix front-end issues (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) in themes. For plugins or back-end problems, please message me first.
Will you explain what you changed?
Yes. Every delivery comes with a short report listing the problems found and the changes made.
