FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
I primarily work with STL files, but I can also assist with other common 3D formats depending on the issue. Just send it over and let me know what you're working with.
My STL won't slice at all — can you still fix it?
Yes. Files that fail to slice usually have underlying mesh issues (non-manifold edges, holes, flipped normals, etc.). I can diagnose and repair these even when standard auto-repair tools can't.
What if my model already went through an auto-repair tool and still doesn't work?
That's actually one of my specialties. Auto-repair tools often patch surface-level issues but miss deeper structural problems. I dig into the mesh manually to find what's really causing the failure.
Can you fix holes, flipped normals, or non-manifold geometry?
Yes, these are some of the most common issues I resolve. I'll clean up the mesh so it's fully watertight and print-ready.
Can you also modify or edit my design, not just repair it?
Absolutely. If you want changes to the design itself — resizing, reshaping, adding details, or adjusting proportions — let me know your vision and I'll work it in.
What information should I include when I send my file?
Just upload your STL and a short message describing the problem (e.g., "won't slice," "breaks apart in the slicer," "print keeps failing at X point"). That's enough for me to get started.
