This gig is for redesign only - what if I need a brand-new Shopify store?
For a new Shopify store built from scratch, I have a separate Website Design gig on my profile. This gig is dedicated to redesigning existing stores where we can audit current performance first.
What is the CRO Audit included inside all the plans?
Because redesigning without an audit is guessing. The audit tells us exactly what's hurting your conversions today — broken hierarchy, friction points, trust gaps — so the redesign fixes the right problems instead of just changing how things look.
Do you custom-code Shopify themes?
No. I work on premium paid themes from the Shopify Theme Store, customizing the front-end deeply (layout, structure, copy, UX). For fully custom-coded themes, you need a Shopify developer — but premium themes already give 95% of what most stores need at a fraction of the cost.
What's included and what's not?
Included: theme design and customization, layout and structure, UX copy suggestions, image integration, and homepage / collections / product page redesign. Not included: Shopify backend setup (taxes, shipping, payment apps), product data imports, custom app development, and back-end settings.
What do I need before we start?
An active Shopify plan and a premium theme purchased from the Shopify Theme Store. I can help you select the right theme if needed. For best results, your products should already be uploaded to the store so we can design around real content.
