Oversee large-scale freight and transportation operations, leading multiple teams and ensuring seamless execution of inbound, outbound, and middle-mile processes. Lead and develop multiple shift teams, including front-line leaders and associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, and cost), identify process gaps, and implement scalable solutions. Reduced operational delays by standardizing wall-building and GTDR processes across multiple dock doors.
