I will build you a UK local business lead list with every website checked

Most lead lists tell you a business exists. This one tells you the truth about each one's website.

You give me a UK town and a trade. Before you get the list I check every business and record what I actually observed:

• whether the web address they publish still resolves at all
• - whether the site is reachable and serves over HTTPS without a security warning
• - whether it is a real site or a retired directory-generated page
• - the phone and email actually published on their own site, not guessed

Every row carries the fault I observed and the date I checked it, so you can verify any row yourself in ten seconds.

What I do NOT promise: a set number of broken websites. Nobody can know that before looking, and in my own checking it runs around 2 percent of businesses. Anyone selling you "50 broken sites" has not checked.

What I do promise: every business gets checked and you get told the truth about each one. Dead ones flagged, healthy ones marked healthy, so you never waste an opener on someone whose site is fine.
