I am Alex, a freelance software engineer based in Turin, Italy, with a computer science degree and six years of client work.
Shopify is where most of my 88 five-star reviews come from: custom code and sections, theme and app fixes, Remix apps, and hand-coded storefronts. I also build full web platforms end to end — Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Supabase — and AI systems on top of them, from small n8n automations to document analysis and reporting platforms.
Tell me what you are trying to build and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.

FAQ
What does the Basic package include?
The Basic package covers AI-powered automations or small AI features added to your existing system. This includes things like intelligent n8n or Make workflows, OCR integration, AI-based data extraction, or smart notification logic. I analyze your current setup and implement the solution directly.
What kind of project fits the Standard package?
The Standard package is for a focused, custom AI system built around one key business process. A typical example: an AI engine that processes incoming leads, classifies them by intent and potential value, adds strategic context, and alerts your sales team with the highest-priority opportunities and
When should I choose Premium over Standard?
Choose Premium when you need a full-scale AI platform (but DM me first!): multiple interconnected modules, custom dashboards, complex logic, third-party integrations, and infrastructure designed to scale. This is for businesses building a core AI product or transforming operations end-to-end.
What types of AI platforms can you build?
I build custom AI systems including predictive analytics platforms, AI-powered SaaS products, intelligent automation systems, recommendation engines, NLP tools, computer vision solutions, and more. Every project is tailored to your business needs.
I have a business idea involving AI but I'm not technical. Can you help?
Absolutely. Most of my clients are non-technical founders. I start by understanding your business, your goals, and your market. Then I translate that into an AI strategy and build it for you.
What industries do you work with?
I've worked across multiple industries including finance, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, real estate, and education. AI principles apply broadly: what matters most is understanding your specific business model.
How is this different from hiring a regular developer?
A developer writes code. I analyze your business first, identify where AI creates the highest ROI, design the architecture, and then build it. You get a strategic partner, not just a coder.
Do you use existing AI tools or build from scratch?
Both. I leverage best-in-class tools (OpenAI, LangChain, cloud AI services) when they fit, and build custom models and logic when your use case requires it. The goal is the smartest, most cost-effective solution.
Can you work with my existing team or tech stack?
Yes. I can integrate into your existing architecture, collaborate with your developers, and build AI modules that plug into your current systems seamlessly.
How do you handle confidentiality and intellectual property?
I take NDA agreements seriously and sign them before every project. All code, documentation, and IP belong to you upon delivery. Your business data stays private.
