Alex is highly responsive and a great artist. But we did not get to a satisfactory product for my purposes, even after I spent five hours giving feedback and bought four extra revisions (~$120+). My sense is that Alex lacked the stylistic capability to draw what I needed. I think this is totally fine...

Alex was amazing. His art is beyond compare, but this project was such a success because his communication is top notch as well. He kept me apprised of progress every step of the way, checked to make sure I was happy with the results, and was above and beyond professional.
