Remote assistance is provided through Windows Quick Assist after the order begins. You remain present and in control of the session. I will never ask you to disclose your passwords.
This service does not include physical hardware repair, password or security bypasses, pirated software, advanced data recovery, server administration or complex business infrastructure.

Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send me a description of the issue first so I can confirm the scope and recommend the correct package.
How will you connect to my computer?
I use Windows Quick Assist. You generate a temporary session code and must authorize the connection.
Do I need to share my passwords?
No. I will never request your passwords. If credentials are required, you will enter them yourself.
What happens if the computer needs physical repair?
I can help identify the likely cause, but physical repairs and replacement parts are not included.
