I create or update Excel reports from your supplied data, with clear summary tables, charts and the metrics you need. Useful for sales summaries, order reports and activity tracking. You receive a completed Excel report and a PDF.
Each order covers one reporting period, using one clean Excel or CSV source sheet.
BASIC: up to 500 rows, 10 columns, 3 metrics, 1 summary table and 1 chart.
STANDARD: up to 1,500 rows, 15 columns, 5 metrics, 2 summary tables and 2 charts.
PREMIUM: up to 3,000 rows, 20 columns, 8 metrics, 3 summary tables and 3 charts.
Metrics can include totals, counts, averages and agreed percentages. Delivery is 3, 4 or 5 days, with one revision within the agreed brief.
Send your reporting period, required metrics and any existing layout before ordering so I can confirm the scope. Data cleanup, combining separate sources and forecasting require a separate scope review. Each later update is a separate order.

Can you update my report every week or month?
Yes. I can prepare another report when you have new data. Each order covers one agreed reporting period and one delivery. Weekly or monthly updates are separate orders, with the scope and deadline confirmed each time.
What data and calculations are included?
Use one clean Excel or CSV sheet with consistent headers, dates and numbers. Row limits exclude the header. Metrics include totals, counts, averages and agreed percentages. Data cleanup, combining sources, forecasting and complex models are outside the packages.
What files will I receive?
You receive an editable XLSX and matching PDF, with up to 1/2/3 report sheets and PDF pages. Tables show up to 20 categories each; charts are bar, line or pie. A source-data sheet does not count as a report sheet.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated round of changes to labels, formatting, charts or calculations within the original brief and supplied data. New data, another period, extra metrics or a new report structure require a separate quote.
