Yes. terraform import on existing resources is common work — it fits the Professional package for a single environment.
Do you cover cloud costs?
No, cloud provider bills are yours. I'll size resources conservatively and flag anything expensive before applying it.
Will you have access to my production account?
I work with a scoped IAM role limited to what the task requires, and you revoke it on delivery. I can also deliver code you apply yourself.
Terraform or OpenTofu?
Either. Tell me which you prefer; the code is largely portable between them.
