Unfortunately, I can't recommend. This was a straight html/css issue & he first requested access to my files to fix. For a CSS issue?! Bad communication and ultimately, he gave me a solution that didn't work in IE using negative margins, so I can't use at all. Inexperienced at CSS. $5 wasted.
