Are there any monthly costs after delivery?
Yes, but small. You pay Vapi and the AI model directly per minute of calls, usually around $0.10 to $0.20 per minute, plus a phone number (about $2 per month). No hidden fees from me, and you own every account.
Will the AI voice sound robotic?
No. I use natural, human-like voices (ElevenLabs, Deepgram or OpenAI) with low latency, so callers can talk normally and even interrupt. You can choose the voice, accent and gender before we go live.
Can I keep my existing business phone number?
Yes. You simply forward your current number to the AI agent (all calls, after hours only, or when busy). I can also set up a new local number in the US, UK and many other countries.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business details, common customer questions, opening hours, services or menu, and access to your calendar or CRM if you want bookings synced. I write the full call script for you, so no technical work is needed on your side.
