The initial delivery had grammatical errors in it. It was delivered on time but had to be redone. After 4 days, I followed up to see when the revision would be complete. Ultimately, Ali delivered a great video at a great price. We did have a little trouble getting aligned at first and early drafts of the video were way off. But Ali was the consummate professional and never got frustrated. He continued working with me until the video met my expectations and we will definitely work with him again.

All in all ali is a very polite and understanding freelancer, we had a little issue when it came to timeframes, but the final product was as close to my expectations as I needed it to be, he was also eager to hear my thoughts on possible revisions and never complained.
