What do you need to start my floor plan project?
To start, please provide a sketch, existing floor plan, PDF, image, or hand-drawn plan, along with room names, dimensions (if available), and any special requirements for your house plan or architectural drawing.
Can you redraw my existing floor plan in AutoCAD?
Yes, I offer professional floor plan redraw services in AutoCAD, converting your old PDF, image, or hand-drawn drawings into clean, accurate CAD files and architectural floor plans.
Do you work on both residential and commercial floor plans?
Yes, I design and redraw floor plans for houses, apartments, offices, shops, and other residential and commercial properties, tailored to real estate, property management, and personal use.
In which formats will I receive my drawings?
You can receive your final floor plan drawings in PDF, JPEG/PNG, and DWG (AutoCAD) formats, depending on your needs and gig package selection.
Can you add furniture, labels, and dimensions to the plan?
Absolutely, every floor plan can include furniture layout, room labels, dimensions, and total covered area, giving you a clear, presentation-ready architectural drawing.
Do you offer modifications or changes after delivery?
Yes, I provide unlimited revisions within the scope of the agreed layout, so you can request adjustments to the floor plan, room sizes, furniture placement, and other drawing details.
Can you create a floor plan from a rough sketch or idea only?
Yes, you can send a simple hand sketch, photo, or concept, and I will develop a clean, professional house plan or architectural floor plan drawing from it using AutoCAD.
Do you follow standard architectural drawing conventions?
All floor plans are drafted using professional architectural drawing standards, including line weights, clear dimensioning, readable text, and organized CAD layers for easy editing.
How fast is your delivery time for floor plans?
Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours for simple floor plans. For complex house plans or detailed redraws, please allow more time; contact me with your project details before ordering.
Can you include my company logo or branding on the drawings?
