I will build an ai chatbot and ai voice
Ali Abbas
About this gig
Leads message you at midnight. Callers hang up when nobody picks up. An AI assistant can answer both, instantly, at any hour.
I'm a full-stack developer with 8+ years of experience, and I build AI chatbots and voice agents that hold real conversations and plug into the tools you already use.
What I build:
- AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls (Vapi, Retell)
- WhatsApp chatbots for support, sales and bookings
- Instagram and Facebook chatbots (ManyChat)
- Website chatbots trained on your own content (RAG)
- n8n automations linking your bot to CRM, calendar and email
Why work with me:
Natural conversation flows, not robotic scripts
Handoff to a human when the bot can't help
Source code and setup docs included
Post-launch support so it keeps working
Honest advice: if AI isn't right for your case, I'll tell you
How it works: message me your use case, I'll suggest a setup with timeline and cost, then we build and test together.

FAQ
Which platforms do you use for voice agents?
Vapi and Retell. I'll recommend whichever fits your call volume, language needs and budget.
Are platform costs included?
No. Vapi, Retell, telephony and AI usage are billed by those providers directly to you. I'll estimate monthly running costs before we start.
What's the difference between an AI chatbot and an AI voice agent?
An AI chatbot handles text chats on websites, WhatsApp, or Instagram. An AI voice agent answers calls with human-like conversations, qualifies leads, and books appointments. I specialize in inbound AI voice agents that capture leads even outside business hours.
Can the bot book appointments?
Yes. I connect it to Google Calendar, Calendly or your booking system and write the details to your CRM.
Can the chatbot answer from my own content?
Yes. With RAG, it answers from your documents, website or FAQs.
What if I'm not technical? Can I still maintain it after?
Yes. I build for non-technical owners. You’ll get a simple admin panel to update knowledge, edit responses, and view chats easily. I also include 30 days of free fixes. After that, you can manage it yourself or hire me for future updates.
I tried this before and the AI chatbot got dumb after a week. Why will yours hold up?
Most failed AI chatbots use GPT with no guardrails, so the AI agent hallucinates. I build with retrieval-augmented generation on your real docs, so the chatbot only answers from approved sources. I also test it on 20-30 real customer messages before delivery, not made-up ones.
We run a clinic / restaurant / real estate office. Have you built an AI voice agent for our type of business?
Yes. I build AI voice agents for clinics (appointment booking), restaurants (reservations and orders), real estate (lead qualification), travel, funeral homes, and lead-gen agencies. Each has different language and flows. Tell me your industry, I will share a similar AI voice agent I shipped.
