Yes, app submission can be included depending on your package or custom offer. You will need your own Apple Developer and/or Google Play developer account and will be responsible for any platform membership or publishing fees.
Will I receive the source code and own the completed app?
Yes. When source code is included in the selected package or custom offer, I will deliver the completed project source code according to the agreed scope. Ownership and usage rights will follow the order terms and Fiverr's applicable policies.
