Will the chatbot make up wrong answers?
This is exactly why I use RAG: the bot answers from your documents, not from imagination. When it does not find an answer, it hands off to a human instead of guessing.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Send me your website and documents, I build and embed everything, then walk you through managing it.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website URL, the documents or FAQs to train on, and the questions customers ask most. I confirm the fit before you order.
Can it work on WhatsApp?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. Note: WhatsApp Business API usage is billed by Meta separately, usually a few cents per conversation. I will explain the cost before we start.
Is my data safe?
Your documents stay inside the chatbot's knowledge base. I can build with local models (Ollama) so nothing ever leaves your server.
What happens after delivery?
Documentation, a training walkthrough, and a support window for fixes and tuning.
How many revisions?
2 on Basic, 3 on Standard, unlimited on Premium.
Can I update the knowledge base myself later?
Yes. I document the update process, and Premium includes a live training call where I show you.
