What can you expect from the report? Examples of questions I will answer after reading your manuscript:
- Was there any confusion about who's who?
- Favourite/least favourite character, and why?
- Were there too many characters to keep track of? Too few?
- Are any of the characters' names too similar? If so, which?
- Did the setting descriptions seem vivid and real?
- Were there places where I felt particularly grounded in the world, or not?
- Were there sections when the story dragged, or I became less excited about finding out what would happen next?
- Were there any discrepancies or inconsistencies in time sequences, places, character details, or other details?
- Was there too much information or not enough?

They have a long Q/A where it covers most topics, and they give detailed feedback of what they like/did not like and questions that arose as they read. It is helpful to go back in and assert things, clarify subjects, and to see how the reader is feeling.
