THE DESIGN BRIEF (MANDATORY TO FILL OUT IN FULL)
1. The size of the design (width x height).
2. The file format/s you need (.JPG, .PDF, .PNG...)
3. If youre ordering the source file please specify if you need .PSD or .AI. Both cost extra $25.
4. All the text you need to be included. NO SCREENSHOTS.
5. Basic information about the project and the concept.
6. A few VISUAL references to the style you like.
7. If you need a photo to be included, please provide it.
8. For extra large files (more than 5'/60"/1.5 m in width/height) extra $45 is required.
PLEASE NOTE
- NO extra fast deliveries (unless the option is available for purchase).
- NO unlimited revisions, free or paid.
- Every project has a standard 3-day deadline to revise/approve the delivery. If it is not sufficient and you might require an extension, please inform me ahead of time. I will have to check if the project fits my schedule.
- The first 3 illustrated characters are included in the price, each next one is $20.
- I don't offer drafts. You are welcome to revise the delivery after you receive it.
- A revision DOES NOT equal receiving a brand new concept for free.

How many concepts do the packages include?
All the packages include 1 concept ONLY. An additional concept (a complete, 100% do-over) is a separate project. It costs full price and is to be paid for separately. It will take an additional 1-2 days to get it done.
Can I ask how the project is going when it's in progress?
I’d prefer you to ask all the questions you might have before making a purchase. Asking me how the project is going will not speed the process up. It will be a distraction for me when I’m working. If you have any reservations about working with me, I strongly suggest you hire another designer.
How will you produce precisely what I want in one try?
I will ask you to fill out a short design brief, complete with references and general information about what you like/don't like, and, based on my experience, in 99% of cases, this will be more than enough to finish the project quickly and successfully.
