Do I need to buy an SSL certificate?
Usually not. I install Let's Encrypt SSL, which is free, trusted by all browsers, and auto-renews. If you already purchased a certificate (Comodo, Sectigo, etc.), I'll install that instead — same price.
Will you set up SSL auto-renewal?
Yes. Every SSL I install is configured to renew automatically where the server supports it, so you never wake up to an expired-certificate warning.
Can you fix my email going to spam?
Yes — that's usually missing SPF, DKIM, or DMARC DNS records. It's included in the Standard package or available as an extra on Basic.
Which servers and providers do you work with?
All major ones: AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode, Hetzner, Contabo, cPanel/Plesk shared hosting, and bare Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS VPS servers. Nginx and Apache both.
What access do you need?
For SSL/server work: SSH root access or hosting panel login. For DNS: access to your domain registrar or DNS provider (or I'll send you exact records to paste in yourself if you prefer not to share access). I recommend changing passwords after delivery.
Will my website go down during the work?
