About this Gig
Under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on Cosmetic Products, as applicable in Great Britain and amended by the Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, cosmetic products must meet specific safety, Responsible Person, Product Information File and notification requirements before being placed on the market. Under Article 13, cosmetic products must be notified through the UK Submit Cosmetic Product Notifications (SCPN) service
