I had a great experience! She was incredibly quick, kind, helpful, and always available to answer my questions. She managed to secure the tickets for the Ghibli Museum in Tokyo very quickly and sent me proof of purchase right away, which was very reassuring. She has also kindly arranged to send the physical tickets directly to my hotel before my visit.
