If an Odoo error is interrupting your work, send me the error message and the steps that cause it. I can help with Python tracebacks, broken views, QWeb reports, access errors and custom module conflicts.
Basic covers one small error. Standard covers up to two related errors, and Premium covers up to three related errors in the same module. We agree on the issues before you order, since some errors need more work than others.
Each package includes investigation, the agreed fixes, testing of the affected workflow and notes explaining what changed. I provide changed code where applicable. One revision covers the original requirements.
Please include your Odoo version, edition and hosting. I check compatibility before accepting the job. Odoo Online has different customization limits from Odoo.sh and self-hosted installations.
New features, migrations, data recovery and unrelated issues need a separate quote. We agree on access, test data and backup arrangements before changing production. I do not offer 24/7 emergency support.

Which Odoo versions and hosting options do you support?
Send your exact version, Community or Enterprise edition and hosting details. I review compatibility before accepting the job. Odoo Online supports different options from Odoo.sh or self-hosted Odoo; installing Python modules is not available on standard Odoo Online.
What do you need before starting?
Send the full error, steps to reproduce it and expected behavior, with secrets and customer data removed. We agree on suitable staging or temporary access, and backup arrangements before any production change.
Can you fix urgent or complex issues?
Message me first. The listed delivery time applies to the agreed small issue after requirements are supplied. Complex problems need assessment and a custom quote. I do not offer 24/7 emergency coverage.
