I build a RAG chatbot for your documents with source citations. RAG means searching your documents before generating an answer, so users can inspect the supporting sources.
Basic: up to 3 selectable-text documents / 30 total pages, local web chat, source references, 10 agreed test questions, source code and setup notes. No login, ongoing document synchronization or hosted deployment.
Standard: up to 20 documents / 200 pages, indexed retrieval, chat and a source viewer.
Premium: up to 40 documents / 400 pages, source uploads, basic login, testing and deployment to your account.
I use OpenAI or Claude with React/Next.js. All packages cover one language and use case, source code, setup notes and a fallback for unsupported questions. Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2.
Send sample documents and example questions before ordering. Documents must contain selectable text. OCR, custom integrations and fine-tuning need a separate quote. API usage and hosting are paid through your accounts. AI accuracy depends on source quality and is tested on agreed questions.

Selectable-text PDFs, DOCX, Markdown and plain text in one agreed language. Limits cover both document count and total pages. OCR, live website crawling and additional data sources need a separate quote.
Does the chatbot guarantee correct answers?
No AI system is perfectly accurate. I include source references, a fallback for unsupported questions and testing against agreed examples. Source quality and coverage affect results. Review answers before relying on them for important decisions.
Are API usage and hosting included?
Development is included. Model API usage, hosting, storage and database subscriptions are paid through your accounts. Basic runs locally. Standard includes setup notes; Premium includes deployment to one agreed environment.
Will I receive the code and be able to update documents?
Yes, source code and setup notes are included. Basic and Standard cover initial ingestion with instructions to rebuild the index. Premium adds source uploads and basic login for one team. Ongoing synchronization is separate.
How is this different from document extraction?
This service answers questions across documents and cites supporting passages. My extraction gig turns specified document fields into JSON or database records. Choose the service based on the output your workflow needs.
