Two-month internship working across scripting, editing and content creation for Tour de Pakistan's programs. WHAT I WORKED ON Video editing — my main responsibility. Clean, well-paced short-form edits built around storytelling rather than effects: pacing the cut to hold attention, tightening the opening, and keeping visual polish consistent across every piece. The team's feedback was that the work was consistently above what they'd expect from a trainee. Scriptwriting — wrote and shaped scripts for video content, learning to structure a piece so the hook lands early and the message survives to the end. Content creation and ideation — contributed in brainstorming sessions and regularly brought fresh, practical ideas into the programs, then turned approved angles into finished video. Photo editing — handled image editing and visual assets alongside the video workload. I took ownership of projects from brief to final export rather than waiting to be directed, and worked closely with the wider team on what to make and why. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR PROJECT This is the production half of what I do for clients now. I build organic content systems for founder-led businesses on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — niche research, viral content angles, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnel strategy, a posting calendar, and word-for-word short-form video scripts with beginner-proof filming instructions. The internship is where I learned the craft side: what makes a Reel hold attention past three seconds, how a script survives contact with a real edit, and how to turn a rough phone recording into something people stop scrolling for.
