I will fix excel formulas, add dropdowns and data validation

A formula that returns #REF! since someone deleted a column. A VLOOKUP that only works on half the rows. A sheet where three people type the same thing four different ways. Small problems, but they eat hours every week. I fix them fast.

What I do

• Fix broken formulas and write new ones: lookups, SUMIFS, IF logic, date math, text splitting and joining
• Add dropdown lists so entries are always consistent
• Set validation rules so bad numbers, dates and emails get rejected at entry
• Conditional formatting that highlights overdue, missing or out-of-range values
• Small automations in Google Sheets: a button that clears a form, moves done rows, or emails a summary
