EMERGENCY FIX is a WordPress bug fix for one issue. Most WordPress errors and WordPress issues come from one plugin update, one PHP version change or one line added to a theme file. I find which one in the error logs, not by trial and error, and I fix that. You get one paragraph in plain English: what happened and how to avoid it next time.
FULL RECOVERY goes further than getting the page to load: I clear the stuck updates, check that the forms and the checkout still work, put a real backup in place and send you a short report.
CLEAN AND SECURE is for a hacked site. Malware removal here includes the backdoors, the part most cleanups miss: I remove the malware, reinstall the WordPress core from clean files, change every access, harden the settings and watch the site for 30 days.
I always take a backup before touching anything. If a fix makes things worse, we go back in minutes.

How fast can you start?
Usually the same day. Message me before ordering and I will tell you honestly if I can start now or tomorrow.
What do you need from me?
The site address, and access to WordPress and to your hosting. We set that up together in the order chat, with a separate admin account for me. For a hacked site I need the hosting access too, the WordPress admin alone is not enough.
My site was hacked. Is the cheap package enough?
No. Removing the visible infection without the backdoors means it comes back in a week. That is what CLEAN AND SECURE is for.
What if you cannot fix it?
It happens rarely, when a site has no backup and the files are gone. That is why I ask for your site address and a screenshot before you order: if it cannot be fixed, you hear it before paying anything.
Will I lose content?
No. I back up before starting, and you get a copy of that backup.
