Worked on building AI-powered applications and automation systems for internal and client-facing business processes. Built a meeting minutes generator using Ollama and Streamlit that processes 150+ confidential meetings every month entirely on-premise. It reduced manual documentation time by around 75% and achieved about 95% accuracy in extracting key points, decisions, and action items. Developed an automated support ticket system using Gemini, FastAPI, and PydanticAI that classifies 200+ tickets monthly with 92% accuracy. Integrated it directly with GitScrum, removing manual ticket entry and reducing the first response time from 3–4 hours to around 90 seconds. Built the backend for a KYC document masking platform using PaddleOCR, OpenCV, and PyMuPDF. The system processes 5,000+ documents monthly with 98% masking accuracy and can batch process over 500 documents per hour. Also built the document ingestion APIs and audit trail system using PostgreSQL and Docker.
