How is this different from a brand style guide?
A style guide tells a designer what to make. This tells everyone what to say and why anyone should care. If you want logos and colours, buy a style guide — this is the thinking that comes first.
I'm pre-launch with no customers. Can you still do this?
Yes, and it's often the best time. We work from the problem you solve and the market you're entering rather than customer data. Mention it in the brief so I frame it correctly.
Do you use AI?
I use AI for research and to pressure-test my thinking, like a junior analyst. Every judgement and every word you receive is mine and reviewed line by line. Prefer I didn't? Say so and I won't.
What if I don't agree with the positioning?
Revisions are included in every package. Positioning you won't say out loud is useless, so I'd rather rework it. Message me before leaving a review and we'll get it right.
