Need a sneaker tech pack your shoe factory can quote and sample from?
I'm a footwear designer who turns sketches, photos and reference shoes into sneaker tech packs for start-up brands, streetwear labels and private-label buyers.
What I do:
- Technical flats: lateral, medial, top, back and outsole views
- Panel breakdown: vamp, quarter, toe cap, heel counter, collar, tongue
- Material callouts: leather, suede, mesh, EVA, rubber, TPU
- BOM with Pantone colors and every component listed

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your sketch or reference photos, the sneaker type, materials you have in mind and your sole construction. With those I can confirm the sneaker tech pack scope and delivery date before you order.
Can you work from a photo or a sample I already have?
Yes. I trace the shape from clear side, top and back photos and rebuild it as vector flats. I change the panels and details enough that the result is your design, not a copy of the reference shoe.
Can a factory make a sample from your tech pack?
That is the goal. The pack lists views, panels, materials, colors, stitching and sole notes a sample room asks for. The factory still makes the last and patterns; I supply the design spec they work from.
Which files do I get?
A tech pack PDF, the layered AI file and SVG flats. Shoe factories open PDF and AI files every day, so you can send them straight to your supplier for quoting.
Which software do you use?
Adobe Illustrator for the flats and pages, Photoshop for material swatches, and Rhino when a sole shape needs to be checked in 3D.
Do you make samples, lasts or graded sizes?
No. I deliver digital design files only. Last making, pattern grading, physical samples and factory sourcing are done by your factory or developer.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions within the agreed brief. New styles, a different sole or changed scope are quoted as a custom offer so your sneaker spec stays on schedule.
What changes the price?
The number of styles and colorways, high-top or sock-knit uppers, a new outsole design, and how much measurement detail your factory wants.
Do I own the design and can I sell it?
Yes. Once the order is complete you own the delivered sneaker design files and can use them commercially. I only show the work in my portfolio if you agree.
Why should I message you before ordering?
Sneaker projects vary a lot. A short message lets me check your references, pick the right package and give you a delivery date I can keep.
