All Packages Include:
- Code and database backup.
- Upgrade report with D9 readiness percentage.
- Deployment in a local environment.
- Core and modules* upgrade.
- Broken links testing post-upgrade.

Additional Services Available:
- Option to include custom code and theme upgrades for an additional fee.

Notice: If you need to upgrade from Drupal 8 to Drupal 10, it would require two stages:
- upgrading D8 to D9 (current gig)
- upgrading D9 to D10 (I have a separate gig for this)

Off course, if you want make sure your site is up to date and your security problem are solved.
What credentials do I need to share?
You'll have to share your hosting panel credentials. Process is made mostly with SSH, so you would have to share your SSH credentials also.
What is the deprecated code?
Some modules and themes could include the code, which in replaced in Drupal 9, so it should be updated with code suitable to the new version.
I feel I could update the site by myself with my FTP client!
Yeah, it seams easy before you realize that Drupal 8 and 9 are working with special tools like Composer and Drush and they should be run from your CLI (command line interface). Also you could ruin your database and site will stop working...
