About this gig
Is your website outdated, slow, broken after an update, or waiting for hundreds of listings to be added? I keep WordPress and custom-coded websites (PHP, HTML, Laravel) healthy and handle the time-consuming data work for you.
CUSTOM WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
- For custom-coded sites (PHP, Laravel, HTML), every codebase is different, so the cost is set after I review your website. Send me the URL before ordering.
WORDPRESS MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
- Core, theme and plugin updates with a full backup first
- Fixing errors, broken layouts, forms and plugin conflicts
- Speed, security and malware checks
- Text, image and page edits
DATA ENTRY & BULK IMPORT
- Listings, products, posts, members or directory entries
- From CSV, Excel, Google Sheets or PDF files
- WordPress (WooCommerce, GeoDirectory, Voxel, Directorist, WP All Import) and custom admin panels or databases
- Data cleanup, de-duplication, category/field mapping and image upload
WHY ME
I build and run directory and business websites myself, so I understand both the code and the data. Clear communication, safe backups, no surprises.
Not sure which package fits? Message me before ordering and I'll take a quick free look at your site.

FAQ
Do you work on non-WordPress websites?
Yes. I maintain custom PHP/HTML websites, Laravel projects and most custom admin panels, as well as WordPress.
How do you import listings or products?
You send me your data (CSV, Excel, Google Sheet or PDF). I import it in bulk with an importer when the site supports it, otherwise I add it manually (charges may differ for manual data entry), and I check every entry. I don't scrape data.
Is my website safe while you work on it?
Yes. I take a full backup before making any changes, and I test updates carefully so your live site stays online or we can work on staging copy first.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website URL, admin or hosting access (shared securely in the Fiverr order), a short list of what you need done, and your data file if it's a data entry task.
