He was very kind and hard working. He did not understand what I was looking for though. After 9 example photos of the type of plans I needed and example photos of almost the exact house I needed I realized there was a lapse in communication. He was very kind and hard working.

The seller as a person was great. He was frustrated with me and I was frustrated with him mostly from a lapse in communication. I expected house plans for permitting and what I got was something very different. He is a kind person who worked very hard it just was not what I needed or wanted.
