Do you think-to-speak or speak-to-think? If you speak-to-think and have exhausted your network on what they think is just "babble", I'm here for you. Speaking to think is fun when you just need to say something out loud to solve a problem, often gaining clarity for yourself. I provide a space to think, talk, and make decisions. Being surrounded by think-to-speak folks and can stifle work. I can interject with questions to help dig deeper or help clarify a thought or idea. Don't get stuck in your head. Do you provide a call summary?
No, not at this time. You are encouraged to take notes on your realizations or ideas that are sparked from the conversation.
How much preparation is needed?
There doesn't have to be any preparation. Have you ever had a problem you need to think through and, the moment you open your mouth to discuss it with someone, you have the answer almost instantly? That is what this is built to help you toward, while preserving your expertise with your team.
Is this confidential?
Yes, I listen and respond with follow-up question, if needed or requested. No notes or recordings, just live brainstorming and problem solving through speaking.
Why is the Basic 30 min of consulting but only a 15 min call?
This allows for time to receive the request, schedule the 15 min call, and read any information provided.
What if I am a "Think-to-Speak" person but still need help brainstorming?
I excel at asking questions and helping you refine your thoughts. I can provide devil's advocate scenarios to help you prepare for possible push-back or rejections to improve the presentation of your idea or project. Sometimes an outside view reveals so much and provides much needed clarity.
Will you review my slide deck and provide input?
No. You should be able to provide a background summary - either in writing beforehand (with character limit based on level purchased) or through the first few minutes of the conversation. This call is for you to help work through your need to speak-to-think. You'll be amazed at what you solve.
Is this really necessary?
To some. It's a service I've provided for years and have seen how these session can accelerate an idea, reveal blind spots, or just get you out of your head. I excel at guiding people through the process to solve their own problems or come up with new ideas. The answer is often already there.
What can I expect on a call?
Based on level: 1-3 minute introduction, 0-5 min background info (if needed), 10-30 min speak-to-think (what are you trying to figure out?, where are you stuck in your problem solving?, what keeps ruminating?, what decision are you trying to make?), 0-20 min comment/questions/discussion

Verbalizing thought can create a wave where strategic thinking flows. Where you once felt stuck, by speaking the issue/item, you find your answer or make a decision. We provide the space and help you get there.
