Alex Zubarev

Alex transcribed Billy Joel’s song “Stiletto” in an outstanding manner, combining the saxophone, synthesizer, and vocal parts with the piano. As with every collaboration, the result is a true masterpiece that only very few others will be able to match anytime!

Amazingly fast and very quick to grasp the specific needs for a theatre piece. I’ve already recommended Alex to another theatrical director.

As usual, Alex never disappoints. He is highly professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly responsive. He has a deep understanding of music and consistently delivers polished, accurate piano transcriptions. I always enjoy working with him and look forward to collaborating on many more projects.

Alex's musical knowledge and ability to make adjustments to the arrangement to fit my skill level (but still maintain a fidelity to the original song) was impressive- and he turned it all around in very quick timeframe. Will work with him again in the future!
