Usually just WordPress admin login is enough, shared only through Fiverr after ordering. Deep server-level issues may need hosting or FTP access. I'll tell you if so.
What counts as a small issue vs a complex issue?
Small: one broken form, menu, layout glitch, or single error. Complex: critical or fatal errors, database problems, checkout failures, or deep plugin and theme conflicts needing diagnosis.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revisions, Standard 2, and Premium 3 revisions. If the fix doesn't hold, I'll rework it within your package.
How fast will my issue be fixed?
